Welcome to Growexa Prime. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Growexa Prime mobile application, the websites growexa.store and growexa.live, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Growexa ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and make purchases on the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Users below 18 years of age may use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• You may need to register an account to access certain features of the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at growexa@atomicmail.io.

3. The Service

Growexa Prime is a digital entertainment platform that provides access to short dramas, reels, episodes, and original series ("Content"). Certain Content is available free of charge, while premium Content may require payment through subscription plans, virtual coins, or one-time purchases as described in our Pricing Policy.

4. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written consent;
• Download, record, or capture any Content except where a download feature is expressly provided within the app;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service;
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions & Virtual Coins

• Premium Content may be unlocked using subscription plans or virtual coins purchased within the app.
• All prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are governed by our Pricing Policy.
• Virtual coins are a limited, non-transferable digital license to unlock Content within the Service. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Subscriptions, if offered with auto-renewal, will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers. By making a purchase, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the payment method you provide. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all charges incurred under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All Content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and other materials available on the Service are owned by or licensed to Growexa and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service or its Content except for the limited license expressly set out above.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person;
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code;
• Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including payment fraud or chargeback abuse.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately, and any unused virtual coins or remaining subscription period may be forfeited where the termination results from your breach of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Growexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growexa, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Changes to the Service & Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
