This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on the Growexa Prime mobile application and the websites growexa.store and growexa.live (the "Service"), operated by Growexa ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read this Policy carefully before making any purchase. By completing a purchase on the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Nature of Our Products
Growexa Prime sells digital content and services, including subscription plans and virtual coins used to unlock premium episodes, series, and other digital content. Because digital content is delivered and consumed instantly, our refund terms differ from those applicable to physical goods.
2. General Refund Policy
- All purchases of virtual coins and unlocked content are final and non-refundable once the coins have been credited to your account or the content has been unlocked or accessed.
- Unused subscription periods are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly provided in this Policy.
- Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted into cash.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same transaction;
- Failed transaction: the amount was deducted from your account but coins, content, or subscription benefits were not delivered;
- Unauthorized transaction: a transaction was made on your account without your authorization, subject to verification and investigation;
- Technical error on our part: a verified technical fault in the Service prevented you from receiving the product you paid for, and the issue could not be resolved.
To request a refund in any of the above cases, contact us within 7 days of the transaction date with your registered email address, transaction ID, payment receipt, and a description of the issue.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
- Submit your refund request by email to growexa@atomicmail.io with the subject line "Refund Request".
- We will acknowledge your request within 2–3 business days and may ask for additional details for verification.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the transaction. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
5. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time from your account settings within the app, or by contacting us at growexa@atomicmail.io.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to subscription benefits until that date.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- No partial or pro-rated refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after coins have been credited or content has been unlocked or viewed;
- Dissatisfaction with content that was accessible for preview or described accurately before purchase;
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date;
- Account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms & Conditions;
- Issues caused by your device, internet connection, or third-party software outside our control.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback for a valid, delivered purchase may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and apply to purchases made after the date of posting.
